Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and effective salary and bonus payout while attempting maximum alignment with market trends accounting for strong performance and key positions
- Propose, monitor and report on the HR budget in coordination with the Finance budgeting team
- Ensure talent retention by providing compensation guidance to line management and the recruitment team in the light of market benchmarks
- Take the lead in cost bench marking by evaluating HR
benchmarks and taking steps in coordination with Head of HR for
meaningful interpretation of results and corrective actions

Skills and Expertise:
- Analytical: Ability to see relationships and patterns in information to draw logical conclusions
- Communication: Ability to adapt communication styles according to situation and express point of view in an unambiguous and objective fashion
- Planning & Organizing: Ability to prioritize tasks, re-engineer processes for efficiency and identify risks
